We’re looking for a creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team to help expand our brand to the St. Louis area.
The Marketing and Events Coordinators focus is curating and executing taproom events, coordinating private parties, and driving customers into the taproom.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for the following:
Create, market, and support an interesting and successful schedule of taproom events aligned with Wellspent’s brand identity.
Market the taproom/events, communicate with our customers, and grow our overall online presence: curating and posting social media content, engaging news outlets via press releases, etc., partnering with like-minded STL businesses, and minor website updates (editing training provided).
Discover ways to trigger consumer interest.
Find and create new accounts across the St. Louis metro area through prospecting to increase account base, points of distribution, and sales
Oversee all creative efforts including graphic, can, and label art, web and digital assets, merchandise, menus and visual art, etc. to ensure alignment with the brand and resonance with current and prospective consumers
Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including brand building and taproom / understand changing landscape, capitalize on trends, etc.
Candidate requirements include:
Must be 21 years or older.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, and/or 1 year professional experience in marketing/advertising.
Available to work full-time (40+ hours/week), including some nights and weekends.
Event planning/management experience required.
Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) required. Experience creating content for and/or managing business social media preferred.
Current Hep A and COVID19 vaccination records.
Basic math skills and ability to use a POS system (Wellspent-specific POS training will be provided).
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay & Benefits:
•Salary: $40,000/year with bonuses for reaching set sales targets.
•3 weeks per year paid vacation
•100% paid Parental Leave (after 12 months)
